At AGS, after the CNC machining process is complete, some products undergo surface treatments such as sandblasting, passivation, and electrolysis to achieve a more refined surface.
These processes are implemented to remove surface contaminants, improve corrosion resistance, and ensure that all components meet the required cleanliness and technical standards prior to cleanroom assembly.

Cleanroom Assembly
Following surface treatment, all components are transferred into a controlled cleanroom environment for assembly.
- The cleanroom is maintained under strict control of particulate contamination, temperature, humidity, and air pressure
- All personnel are required to comply with established cleanroom gowning procedures and contamination control protocols
- Assembly operations are carried out in full compliance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure process consistency and product integrity
100% Inspection & Process Control
- All components and assembly processes are subject to 100% inspection at each critical stage
- Key parameters including dimensional tolerances, sealing integrity, and surface cleanliness are strictly monitored and controlled
- Complete process documentation and traceability are maintained for every product, ensuring full quality transparency and accountability
2. Vacuum Leak Testing
After assembly, products are tested for sealing integrity using:
- Vacuum leak testing, in accordance with customer-specific standards and requirements
This ensures:
- Zero leakage
- Compliance with high-vacuum applications such as vacuum systems, semiconductor, and aerospace industries
3. Final Quality Assurance
- Final inspection is conducted prior to packaging
- Packaging is performed under clean conditions to prevent contamination
- Products are delivered ready for use, meeting international quality standards
