Powder Coating is a high-performance dry finishing process used to apply a protective and decorative layer to metal parts. The process involves spraying finely ground particles of pigment and resin, which are electrostatically charged, onto the surface. The part is then cured in an oven where the powder melts and reacts to form a long-chain polymer finish that is much tougher than liquid paint. This resulting ‘shell’ is highly resistant to chipping, scratching, chemical exposure, and UV fading. AGS provides a vast range of RAL colors and textures, including matte, glossy, and sand-textured finishes. It is the preferred choice for industrial robotics and automation frames where durability is the top priority. Unlike liquid painting, powder coating is environmentally friendly as it contains no solvents. We perform cross-hatch adhesion tests and impact resistance checks for every batch.
